Integrated Martial Arts (IMA) is an approach to the Martial Arts and Self-Defense that focuses on Human Anatomy and Physical Laws of Motion to disrupt balance, generate hydrostatic shock, destroy vital targets, and promote the overall well-being of the practitioner. IMA utilizes solid scientific laws and theories as a foundational backbone. IMA is then fleshed out with traditional, modern, and often brutal hand-to-hand fighting techniques. All aspects of fighting and Self-Defense are covered: Stand-up, Clinch, Trapping, Ground Survival, Vital Targets and Pressure Points, Position Transitions, Throws, Alternative Weapons, and more.

IMA has the following training areas:
- Colored Belt (standard beginner training)
- Black Belt (One who possesses competency in all the colored belts)
- Sensei (One who is capable of teaching colored and early black belts)
- Master (One who is capable of training a new Sensei)
- Master Instructor (One who is capable of training a new master, reserved for those who posses and unusual aptitude for kinesiology, combative intuition, and teaching ability. Master Instructors must be approved by the IDA Founder and Co-founder)
