Integrated Self Defense: ISD
Integrated Self-Defense (ISD) is self-preservation defense system that is currently under development. The development process is lead by Sensei Cole and is augmented by consultants with a deep background in self-defense systems, traditional Martial Arts, and real-world fight experience.
ISD is not a Martial Art, but rather a feral, compact self-defense system. ISD focuses on brutal techniques that are adaptable to a variety of circumstances and environments.
