Kata, or forms, is a large part of most traditional Martial Arts.  While people burn daylight debating the practical application of kata, I have decided to add a kata page to demonstrate the artistic side of the Martial Arts.  Pay attention to the moves and see if you can figure out what attacks and defenses the Martial Artist is demonstrating.
